Maths Ambassadors

Maths Ambassadors are Year 5 and Year 6 pupils appointed each year who work alongside, and provide opportunities for their peers (often younger children) to gain confidence and competence with maths. They do this through fun tutoring sessions focusing on consolidating learning that has already taken place.

Maths Ambassadors are selected by their class teachers and are chosen not only for their maths skills and knowledge, but also their ability to explain concepts and to also be patient and kind to others.
